We’re very thankful we got to work with one of the best chefs in the world: Jonnie Boer (voted #3 chef of the world by colleague chefs in 2018). For over 20 twenty years he has been revolutionizing the dutch kitchen cuisine with unparalleled innovations whilst keeping loyal to local products. His restaurant De Librije, which he runs together with his wife Therese, is situated in an old women’s prison.

Together with our friends at COMBEKK Homeware they are doing a very special collaboration. A limited edition (1/500) “De Librije” Dutch oven. Made of prison steel. According to old headlines there was only one successful escape from this notorious prison. The perfect ingredients to create a dark moody cinematic film.
